  • You may need to register and provide accurate contact and business information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to notify us promptly of any suspicious or unauthorized use.

4. Services

4.1 What We Offer

We provide a range of custom apparel manufacturing services, such as bulk clothing production, private labeling, custom printing (screen print, DTG, puff print, embroidery, etc.), and packaging options, with flexible MOQs starting around 50 pieces per design per color.

4.2 Process & Timeline

  • Design Phase: Submit your artwork, brand, or mockups. We’ll assist in developing patterns and fit specifications.
  • Sampling: We create prototype samples for your approval.
  • Bulk Production: Once approved, we produce the order. Typical production times range from 15–25 business days post-sample approval; t-shirt timelines may range from 2–4 weeks depending on scale and customization.
  • Quality Control & Delivery: All items undergo inspection before being shipped globally.

5. Intellectual Property & Content

  • You retain ownership of your submitted designs and content.
  • By sharing them with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to produce and deliver on your custom orders.
  • We respect intellectual property rights. Please ensure your submissions are original or properly licensed.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing is in U.S. dollars (unless stated otherwise) and subject to change.
  • MOQs are flexible; however, minimum order thresholds apply per design or color choice.
  • Payment terms may include deposits for sampling, partial or full upfront payments for bulk production, with final payment due before shipment.

7. Shipping & Customs

  • We ship internationally via trusted logistics partners.
  • Clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • Delivery estimates are provided but not guaranteed; delays due to customs or unforeseen events do not constitute a breach.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom goods are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
  • Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, including photographs.
  • We may offer replacements or partial refunds at our discretion, subject to review.

9. Warranties & Liability

  • We warrant that goods will conform to approved samples and meet normal manufacturing quality.
  • Except for this warranty, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
  • Our maximum liability under these terms is limited to the total amount you paid us for the affected order.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to Services if you breach these Terms.
  • You may terminate these terms by discontinuing use. Outstanding obligations (e.g., payments) must still be fulfilled.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of China (Jiangxi) or as otherwise mutually agreed.
  • Disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, via arbitration or other agreed dispute mechanisms.

12. Amendments

  • Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
