  1. You send us the techpack or pictures of the clothing you want to make.
  2. We send you the sample cost and the estimated costs for bulk order.
  3. You place the sample order and pay for the sample.
  4. Our designers confirm details with you and create the mock-up for confirmation.
  5. We source and buy the fabrics according to the techpacks.
  6. We custom made the samples according to the techpacks.
  7. We send you the pictures to confirm and ship the sample to you.

Samples are charged, we will quote you the sample fee according to your designs. Contact us to get sample cost quotation.

Delivery time depends on the complexity of the clothes design and the availability of raw materials. Typically, samples are delivered in 7-10 days if all raw materials are available.

Yes definitely you can add your own logo or private label on the samples to perfectly match your brand purpose.

We can help to modify the samples if it is necessary for you. But we will charge extra cost to revise the samples.

After sample done, we will pack it and ship it by air express like DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc. Shipping time normally takes around 6-8 days.

The lead time for your order depends on our production schedule and the quantity of your order. Typically, it takes 20-30 days for bulk orders after the confirmation of pre-production samples and receipt of deposit payment.

Transportation time varies depending on the shipping method. Air express takes around 6-8 days, while sea transportation takes 20-40 days.

We take quality seriously and strive to deliver perfect products. If you have a complaint, please send us photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review the problem and propose a resolution, which may include remaking the item or offering a refund.

Since our garments are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are quality issues or production errors on our part, we will provide solutions such as a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the case.

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as defects, incorrect sizes, or other discrepancies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the products. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
